Job as a Galley Utility in Ultra Luxury River Yachts six-star service and truly exceptional gastronomic restaurants on board. Responsible for the daily dish-washing of all galley equipment, china, glassware and cutlery. Responsible for impeccable cleanness and tidiness in the dish wash area. Assisting the Executive Chef with the ordering of detergents and cleaning equipment. Co-responsible for the correct handling and storage of all detergents and cleaning equipment used in the galley. Participation in the on board training program .If necessary helping out in departments according to superior’s instructions.
Requirements:
- Previous Hotel Business experience required Kitchen Department
- 2 years’ experience in equivalent position. 5* International Hotels or on board a cruise ship
- Good Organisation skills, international exposure preferred.
- Fluent in English
- HACCP guidelines Se ofrece
