Assist the restaurant manager to complete the appointed tasks
Head Chef Matt Christmas and Bruce Poole have worked closely together for over ten years, sharing a very similar approach to both cooking and food in general. The menu is therefore a collaborative effort from the two chefs. They aim to produce top-notch modern food which is based loosely on classical and regional French/ Mediterranean cuisine.

Good English required.
Looking for candidates with fine dining background. Skype or telephone interviews can be made first but after a succesful interview, candidate will need to attend a trial where will be accommodated during.

They provide an evening meal.

£21,000/year gross
All positions get service charge around £3000/year paid monthly.
