We are a family of artisan bakers working mainly with sourdough bread and offering a range of viennoiseries.
We are now looking for a "HEAD BAKER" with proven track record to lead our small team of artisanal bakers here in Palma on the island of Mallorca...
We currently have one bakeshop in Palma well known for its quality bread & viennoiseries.

The HEAD BAKER will lead the daily operations of the bakery and his responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Producing Bread at high standard
Ensuring production runs on time
Preparing the Viennoiserie range
Contributing Ideas to improve & introduce new items
Stock & ordering management

The ideal candidate would have 10+ years of experience with knowledge of the English Language & Is motivated and enthusiastic about bread culture.

Night shifts work from midnight to 7:00 am
40 hours a week
Weekends
