To ensure guests satisfaction by supervising the preparation of food items in designated section, providing guests with the highest quality of food product that consistently and effectively reflects the luxurious nature of the company.
 Requirements:
 Culinary diploma from a recognized Standard European Cooking background.
 Minimum of 6 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or on board a small luxury cruise ship (5* Hotels or gastronomic or Michelin starred restaurants).
 Fluent English

9 weeks on/ 4 weeks off (Paid entire season!)
