six-star service and truly exceptional gastronomic restaurants on board offers an encompassing luxury experience with butler service for every suite;
in one of the World’s Best Cruising CHEF DE PARTIE
To manage your section (e.g. sauce, meat, fish etc.) and make sure that the Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties understand and complete their tasks in your section. Any other duties that your Head Chef sees fit. . Active participation on food preparation and presentation.
 Requirements:
 Diploma from established Hotel School, recognized International culinary institution
 2 years’ experience in equal position on a ship or significant experience within Hotel Industry (5* service) gastronomic restaurants or Michelin starred.
 International and signature Cuisine knowledge, banqueting exposure preferred.
 Fluent English mandatory.
