Fine dining experiences. The restaurant manager is responsible for supervising and controlling the staff of the restaurant, well-prepared and profitable service in food and beverage. Skillfully match wines to enhance the flavors of the food served in the Restaurant. Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management Credentials / Certification as Sommelier will be considered an asset. Experience at a similar position working with and international hotel chain.

All candidates must be fluent in Spanish , English is a must , single status preferred island experience is a must .
