SOUS CHEF TOURNANT

To ensure guests satisfaction by supervising the preparation of food items in designated section, providing guests with the highest quality of food product that consistently and effectively reflects the luxurious nature of the company.

- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background..
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury establishment gastronomic restaurants & hotels or onboard a luxury cruise ship.
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation.
- CD1 VISA will be required previous to embarkation.

Se ofrece

Competitive Salary monthly 3300 $USA full accommodation and meals included; flights paid by the company.
Five month contract with two months off rotation + renew.
