Company which include a total three pastry shops and one concept bistro café in Dubai, one in Bahrain and shops in Abu Dhabi and Qatar is the largest organic supplier in the UAE . Is seeking:

BAKER
Responsible for Baker area .Bakery Production by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the production. Responsible for managing the staff that work in the Baker area.

Position requirements:
- Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equivalent diploma specialist Baker qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment, 2+ years supervisory experience with in a 4-5* hotel combined with Baker/Pastry shops.
- International experience required
- Fluent English mandatory.
